He has implemented large change engagement programs worldwide, and has successfully delivered leadership development programs for large multinationals and executive team coaching. 

With over 20 years experience working in the realm of change management, leadership and disruptive thinking, Didier uses his unorthodox ways of thinking to push for changes in mindset. His natural creativity and strong character help drive organizational change. 

Before collaborating with CentrX, Didier worked in the banking and trading industry, as well as in professional sports. He also worked in strategic consultancy.
